      Great Co-Workers and Work life balance

      Cons

      Was hired to be the Fulfillment Supervisor, was leaving a consistent job in hopes of a better workplace with better culture. At the end of my third day after waiting a month to start with Slidebelts I was laid off because Brig the founder had “made a mistake” and couldn’t afford me any longer.

      Pros

      Great communication between all employees and departments. Supportive environment. Company actively shows how much they value their employees. Incredible work-life balance. Positive workspace. Strict adherence to safety.

      Cons

      The only downside is if you aren't comfortable in a small office environment.
