Pros

Free Parking - at least at the office - not when they send you out door-to-door; which is what they'll have you do (though you won't know that until well into the interview process).

Cons

Very deceptive recruiting process. Ads suggest marketing/PR work, training in these fields, while really there's a brief session on the morning where one of the owners tells you to work harder and smile more or you won't get squat. Then you get to walk door-to-door through some of the more fun parts of Philadelphia, all types of weather, regardless of crime, etc. And the whole time they're telling you that this is just training, that as soon as you get really good at this (and it's always just around the corner) you'll have your own office and be making thousands of dollars a week. But they won't tell you this until well into your 2nd interview. Almost everyone quits because of the unnecessarily grueling working conditions, hours, poor pay (straight commission), and lack of advancement. Don't waste your time, energy, money, or life here.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve as a company and have been taking steps every week and every year to improve. Currently, we do not offer any door to door services so our staff only works in a retail setting which allows for everyone to feel safe and still have the free parking experience you appreciate about working here. We are very proud of the small family-like business we have. For over 2 years we have maintained a staff of 25-30 loyal employees. If you are interested in working in more of a retail setting, please contact us at 267-329-4669. If not, we understand and hope you were able to take some learning experiences here to help you with your future jobs.

Pros

I have learned a lot of transferable skills that have helped me personally and professionally. It’s a great place to start growing your skill set but also a great company to grow within. The people that work there are also incredible and provide a positive and an inclusive environment for everyone. I have had the best time working with this team and I am thankful that I have this opportunity to learn and grow with this company.

Cons

I don’t have anything really to say on this.

Pros

You get to work at Walmart selling electricity no one wants for 8 hours.

Cons

You have to use your own vehicle, you don’t get reimbursed for gas. There are a lot of “company activities” that are mandatory and that occur multiple times a week you don’t get compensated for. You will have no time for friends or family. If you do manage to make sales and make a lot they make excuses to not pay you your full check.
