Very challenging work and growth opportunity. Exposure to a wide range of innovation approaches. Many talented people to learn from. Always solving challenging problems.

It takes discipline to balance various projects. Some clients don't understand product development, which makes projects more challenging-you have to be both an innovator and an educator/guide for some clients.

Had the chance to work with some great people and learned a lot from my time here. The work was challenging yet rewarding.

Consistency of business was shaky and you never knew when another project would land. Previous management had outdated ideas and refused to evolve in order to grow. There were no repercussions for unprofessional behavior.
