Pros
They have a very strong 'don' rush it' mentality about them. The emphasis is on doing it right, not necessarily doing it fast. Quite a relaxed working atmosphere.
Cons
Not with the times in terms of marketing, use of technology and operating systems. Older stores are not invested in, which leads to continuous operating issues (poor wi-fi connection, big lack of usable stockroom space).
