Some dedicated coworkers – A few individuals were hardworking and supportive. Some receptive leadership - When some major conflicts arose (especially around bonuses), management have eventually listen to frontline concerns.

Extremely disorganized, No clear goals, poor planning, and constant last-minute changes. Toxic work culture, Gossip, cliques, and lack of professionalism among staff. Poor communication, teams operate in silos, and important information isn’t shared effectively. Unclear role expectations – Many employees (especially front-line staff) didn’t understand my position, making collaboration difficult. Lack of leadership – Management failed to address workplace issues or provide direction.

The workplace is beautifully packaged, but there’s really nothing good about it.

This company is a prime example of how a family-run business can go wrong. The work environment is unstructured, with no consistent rules or policies. Decisions are entirely dictated by the boss, and what’s acceptable one day might suddenly be forbidden the next. Employees often focus on their own entertainment rather than their responsibilities, leading to a lack of teamwork and respect for others’ efforts. Customer service is abysmal—questions are ignored or passed around from one employee to another like a game of hot potato, leaving customers frustrated. Despite its polished exterior, the company is a chaotic mess on the inside, with no clear direction or leadership. If you’re considering working here, think twice—it’s an environment marked by exploitation, inefficiency, and disorganization. Avoid at all costs!
