      Work-life balance across the company is poor because of the senior leadership team. The CFO, Finance Officer, and other senior executives do not treat team members with respect. Specifically, the CFO behaves unprofessionally and lacks basic manners when speaking to others. Furthermore, the FO and other seniors are dishonest and fail to coordinate properly with the rest of the team.

      Pros

      Made some good friends, Some guest can make the job more enjoyable. Working in the Mall of America allowed for a variety of interactions.

      Cons

      Terribly managed, Lots of safety issues. Lots of "Band-Aid" fixes. Rides constantly broke down. Couldn't hire competent workers if it stared them in the face.
