1) No overtime pay, even though you’re forced to work overtime every single day 2) Managers don’t handle breaks properly, which is why you end up working a minimum of 1-2 hours extra every day 3) There’s no scope of growth. Even if the management sees that someone’s working hard and can handle a bigger role, they’re never promoted. There’s no pay increases, bonuses, etc. Ik someone who joined the company 8 years ago on the salary of 7k and is still working w the same pay.
