Pros

The only pros were working among doctors and communicating with patients. In other aspects, it’s was an extremely negative experience and I wish I chose a different agency for my internship.

Cons

I had to wait until the last minute to be placed and have my paperwork signed. I didn’t get any formal training and was expected to start working right away. It felt like the agency cared more about making money from interns than helping us learn. I also had to screen many patients every day with little support. I heard from other interns and employees that they weren’t paid on time. I experienced this too—when I asked about my stipend, I was ignored for weeks, and my emails and calls weren’t answered. Overall, the internship felt unorganized and unprofessional, and I often felt disrespected and ignored. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Pros

I can't name any pros but the work from home aspet.

Cons

The experience working with this company has been extremely disappointing. The compensation is very low considering the amount of time and effort required, and many therapists find themselves working long hours with minimal pay by the end of the month. Despite claims made on their website, the company does not offer the benefits that are advertised. There are also serious concerns about the company’s practices regarding how clients are obtained and how services are delivered, which raises questions about professionalism and ethics. Additionally, employees are closely monitored and questioned about nearly every task completed throughout the day, creating an environment that feels more like surveillance than support. There appears to be a lack of trust between management and staff, and several therapists have reported issues with not receiving their full compensation. Overall, I would not recommend working for this company.
