Don't recommend - Customer Support Small World Financial Services Group Employee Review

Cheap company, they don't care about employees at all. People change all the time. I started for 5 years ago with the salary of 18.000sek and at the end in 2020 my salary was 20.500. Some of my colleagues didn't have any salary increase for 3 years at all. After maternity leave they try to get read of you. They don't do anything illegal, but they send you in a store which is far from your house, make unpleasant conditions of work, they quibble over trifles and so on. No benefits , no Xmas presents or parties. Don't recommend at all.
