      Very good social environment, team leaders are good listeners and care about the employees.

      Cons

      Outdated technology, low salaries. Working can be sometimes very frustrating due to lack of clearly defined tasks.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
