      Pros

      The retirement package and the health benefits cost reflect a non-profit company.

      Cons

      Poor financial management has resulted in two unforeseen rounds of layoffs in the last seven months. Leadership is to blame, yet the employees are being let go to ease the financial burden they created in the first place. Would not recommend working here.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
