      many rounds of cutbacks over the past few years means that your desk is always on fire, and stress abounds. Too much work for too little people

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
