Pros
Fairly quick career trajectory in the sales organizations. Performance is rewarded with opportunity. Tech/Engineering roles work with with all the latest stuff. At the end of the day, we all feel like we're doing good work in the world for the industry leader in our space. And the benefits are nice -- good match on the 401K, stock options (in a growing company headed towards exit), "take what you need" PTO.
Cons
"Fast-paced" is an understatement. The velocity at which this company moves sometimes can be overwhelming, and then it speeds up. It often feels like we're building the plane as we fly it. It is incredibly difficult - regardless of one's performance levels - to get a very good review. But life is rarely boring at Smarsh!
