Awesome co-workers, nice open-space office, competitive salary, personal growth opportunities, possibilities to travel both customer site and a lot of technical conferences.
Cons
Quality of some products, not always good relations with some customers, complicated and strict every-day reporting system, lack of adherence to light development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.), poor planning from time to time, official corporate culture doesn't conform to the way company really works, lack of free time for creativity, some unnecessary organizational restrictions.
