Met really nice people there, learned what not to do as a manager

Disorganized management, they do not care about employees only the bottom line, racism/sexism/transphobia, overall traumatic experience, offered me less than my subordinates on a large promotion then had to be badgered for the pay raise I was promised in my offer letter.
