Pros

This is a very demanding job , there are pros the company will not acknowledge any positive performance all they want is to get as much money from customers and installers and they make you do it here are no pros

Cons

where do i start ,, If you like working 60 to 70 hrs a week and not getting paid for it then this is the company for you , the company has a toxic working environment where every employee is miserable. Depending on the owners daily mood swings you day will go accordingly every chance an employee gets to leave there desk all they do is complain about the owner and the job , There is no upper management that is willing to accept responsibility for anything , the blame gets pushed away because they are all scared.

Pros

You are running your own business, you get 3 leads per day and can generate your own... Management wants you to be successful, support is incredible, you are only asked to do things that will benefit you thereby benefiting the company, they put equal emphasis and their customers as they do the sales staff.

Cons

Some late nights, some leads are not viable, company and residence geography play a HUGE roll in earning potential, leads sometimes are scheduled one after another and with a lot of distance between the two

Pros

You can take control of your own income and earning potential. If you ask anyone for help they will work hand over fist to help you. The atmosphere is professional yet fun with a strong sense of family. You will never be asked to do something management would not do. One of very few sales jobs where you have one dedicated day off during the weekend and one day off during the week. Scheduling is also very reasonable. Benefits are great! There is a BONUS for almost every personal sale statistic! Your income potential is sky high!

Cons

Training is short. In- home sales experience will help you 90% into the sale. The amount of installation and product knowledge to sell a job may seem dauntingat first. The first two months are hard as you wait for comissions to ramp up.
