Very high turnover rate. As a result management is reluctant to invest heavily in the employees. For example it took 6 weeks to get more than one required work shirt. The work is very easy if you don't mind talking with strangers. If you struggle with that, this might not be for you. Management is not very upfront about the exact nature of what is required and often guilty of selling pipedreams.
