Over the years, it has been a family growing with the industry and having more and more accomplishments and success for the business. Great news is shared with the company on a day to day basis.

It is difficult to get a pay increase, even though there are meetings every month with management, and to want to change to further development and train in sales is not possible since they do not have that option.
