      Pros

      -small company/startup where you can have big impact but also fairly mature with a significant, diverse customer install base -the business domain of internet enabled devices sending data & video (in this case Smart Drive's Smart Recorders) to backend big data processing is a growing field -working here helps companies be safer reducing crashes, injuries, fatalities as well as saving them money

      Pros

      The people on the most part are helpful and work hard to try to make a difference. The location is good, close to restaurants and Starbucks in building.

      Cons

      Upper Management is not open with its employees and is very territorial when it comes to new ideas, even changing those given by support people to be their own. I have never had a job description and no raise in 4 years!! Go elsewhere...
