1. They will hire you when they have projects and they will terminate you if the project is over. 2. You need to work there minimum 12 hours daily including Saturday &sunday even public holidays also. 3. They will provide Comp. offs but but management won’t allow you to take offs and it will get lapse every 3 months 4.Racism is in its peak at Smart Enovations if you are from Karnataka they will treat you good otherwise you ll be treated as slaves 5.There is a office lady who provides tea even she is behaving like CEO. She ll give you tea or coffee if you are from Karnataka otherwise she won’t give to (Malayalis ,Tamil,Telugu)guys 6.Some time you won’t get chair to sit in the office you may need to sit on table 7. If you are joining as fresher you can’t learn anything from there. 8. There is no job gurantee 9. You ll be kicked to any department at any time
