      None at all awful awful awful !!!! Avoid

      Cons

      If you have mental health issues they will be used against you even years down the line If your face does not fit you will be accused of false accusations and lies People have committed suicide and lost loved ones and received no support Clicky management that only look out for themselves

      Open office which helped with communicated with other teams, easy location to get to

      Understaffed department with little understand from higher ups, essentially working to keep heads above water

      I enjoyed my time working at Smart Fleet Solutions, I learned a lot and felt like I personally developed myself and my career there

      Cons

      Very low wages, 18k for an admin role which also involved lots of travel to other sites in the country. Mileage didn't always cover cost of travel
