Pros
The company has great potential in the future, but changes are needed very soon. Advancements are given and you can move in between departments. Management is handled well but could improve. Pay was above market rate but was in line with the amount of work completed. Company does push R.I.P. (Reprimand in Private!) & P.I.P. (Praise in Public!) which is nice. Fully remote position, but must be fully available to during assigned hours

Poor culture for work/life balance, yet them claim to push for it. Too few people on the logistics team for amount of work. HIGH Stress position. Management pushes for additional work to be done by employees with an already full plate. Yet, they want to add more reporting steps and wish to push for more rate negotiating. The company is increasing its business volume without the facility space and man power to do so. Communication during training and while working is mixed with very gray lines. Regular occurance to work past assigned hours to keep up with work load, but then asked not to work additional hours that are needed.
