Difficult Management - Animal Care Associate Smart Parke Employee Review

Friendly co-workers, awesome environment, you get to work with dogs and sometimes cats.

I wish the pay was a bit better. I was looking at the Smart Parke facility in laguna woods, CA and saw they were being paid $19/hr, compared to the $16/hr at the Corona facility /:

You get to meet different types of dog breeds and have a good time with them and cats too. A handful of the staff is nice.

They supposedly say there's room for growth there or that they offer cross training when they don't. A lot of the people there are fake and act nice but really everyone has something to say about one another and talk behind your back. Management and sometimes team leads can think more of the job too much instead of the feelings of their fellow coworkers.
