very small so you can get close to everyone and have a family like work experience

Does not have a competitive salary and does not compensate for overtime that is over 20 hours a week for salary employees does not pay fairly for experience and pays according to what customer wants a $15,000 difference for same position for someone that does not have as much experience Manager talk badley about coworkers when they are not around
