There's constant negativity being inflicted to staff directly or indirectly. 3. Benefits. Additionally benefits are given only to selected staffs whom are "favourites" to the PM. No KPI to achieve, no evaluation or quarterly team building is conducted. Office snacks will be tracked and monitored with constant reminder to those who takes more than 1 daily. 4. Project planning. Project task tracking is not implemented. Hence, everything will be handled last minute, disregarding staffs availability (even during weekends and public holidays). For unavailable staffs, internal branding such as lack of team spirit will be given which will eventually be a trigger for any upcoming tasks handled by the particular staff. 6. Increment.
