Pros
1. Colleagues. Team members. However, over half of the employees are fresh graduates or interns. Very few senior members.
2. WFH option given to the "chosen ones".
3. Work task. Not much to handle. All task are more focused on demo preparation.
Cons
1. Management. Project manager will constantly micro manage. There is always a difference in opinion between senior managers which makes it difficult to practice any process or procedures that's are in place.
2. Self improvement. All the milestones achieved individually by the staff will be discarded. Staffs will be branded as "lazy" or "inexperienced" work scope and project timeline is achieved. There's constant negativity being inflicted to staff directly or indirectly.
3. Benefits. Additionally benefits are given only to selected staffs whom are "favourites" to the PM. No KPI to achieve, no evaluation or quarterly team building is conducted. Office snacks will be tracked and monitored with constant reminder to those who takes more than 1 daily.
4. Project planning. Project task tracking is not implemented. Hence, everything will be handled last minute, disregarding staffs availability (even during weekends and public holidays). For unavailable staffs, internal branding such as lack of team spirit will be given which will eventually be a trigger for any upcoming tasks handled by the particular staff.
6. Increment. Increment is given every two years once if you're lucky. Similarly to bonus.
