      Executive management is very supportive of sales and engineering staff. No micromanaging and flexibility to work from home.

      Long hours. Job insecurity that goes along with the territory of working for a start-up in a competitive market.

      Very good work ethics and work culture. Good exposure to varied technical expertise and projects. Management is very friendly and of a very cultivating nature and are open to opinions.

      Work-life balance is not great.
