Where to start? For a "high tech" start up, I've never seen a more disorganized technologically backwards company. Sales enablement is a joke. The CRM when I started was the worst I've ever seen, we changed software and went through huge change, and now it's unbelievably even worse.
I started remote and I understand that it is challenging to train new employees remotely, but the training was absolutely bare minimum, and it seemed like little effort was made by management to help in any way.
Once you finish training you are pretty much on your own and spend most of your time sieving through an endless amount of old and out-of-date info to find even somewhat qualified leads.
I feel I never really received support or direction from management. Inbound leads, support, and favor were given to top producers, my team leader was very nice, but I felt like they were overworked and never had enough time for me.
There is a reason 90% of the outbound sales team has been working there under a year. I had Really had high hopes when I started here but unfortunately it was an extremely negative experience.
