Management sees the possibility of both growth and potential in employees. Most tech companies out there would never take a chance on someone who does not have much experience in the industry. The feeling of always having support opposed to fear of management is truly priceless. The fast paced environment keeps me on my toes and I very rarely feel redundant in my work!

Just basic product/feature issues that are expected in a company's first year available to the public. There really is no way to avoid them, but management as well as the rest of the team are always supportive and helpful!

The biggest thing I love about this company is that no matter where our employees live and work, everyone comes together as a team, striving to make our products the best on the market. Everyone is driven and willing to work together to help push SmartCare forward. I have never worked for a company with so much flexibility either. I can work from anywhere in the world and still get my job done.

I would have to agree with other reviews about lack of communication. Sometimes, this hinders work due to processes not being fully explained. I also think there is a lack of training upon starting. They are working on improving this process but it is still hard for new employees to quickly feel comfortable with the product.
