Pros
At first, the small office and relaxed visual seems like it would be a good fit. Upon hiring, one is told that they are a family friendly office and believe in work-life balance. A lot of promises are made prior to the hire. Afterward, it doesn't take long for things to change quickly. Expectations are changed to set people up for failure. The only pro would be the fact that you are not allowed into the office until the CEO's assistant gets in so that eliminates working earlier than the start time.
Cons
CEO is neurotic micromanager who changes the job description as it goes to set people up for failure. It is a sad place where employees know to shut the door when she is having one of her temper tantrums. This is a high pressure place to work with no advancement opportunities. Management does not look for talent; she looks for those new to the industry that she is able to control. No one should be treated as she treats people.
