Pros
I'm happy with my workload and pay. The pay increase I have recently received was twice what I was hoping to get. I have all the resources I need to do my job and sometimes I get to travel. My manager orders lunch in once or twice a month. I do sometimes have short deadlines, but what job doesn't have deadlines, to work with but I like to be challenged. Slackers are terminated but people who work hard and care about their job are valued.
Cons
There is some turnover but it's mostly temps that were hired to help production get caught up. I do wish that there were more opportunity for advancement but the company is growing quickly so I'm looking forward to that.
