Pros

Nice management Helpful teammates Sales and billing training was thorough

Cons

You think you only sign up for technical support, but then they add on billing and sales too that you have to learn. You are taking billing, sales, and support calls while the older employees only take support calls and probably get paid more too. Unfair employment really. Also they have too many changes each month.

Pros

- Paychecks come in on time - The office is air conditioned - The insurance is pretty good

Cons

- They do not keep their promises - Maximizing profits is more important than thinking of employees - Tenure is valued vastly more than skill and effort - The majority of current employees do NOT want to work here - Management does not care to include employees in sweeping technical changes - The culture is focused around keeping quiet and staying off the radar, promoting terrible work ethic
