As the company is new work is good, diversified and lot of learning.

Company runs like a struggling MNC. No coolness of startup. Fixed 9 hrs working, with no food, recreation or any sort of facilities inside or outside premises. Management not good, none of the developer survived in company for more than 1 year. Work place is not cheerfull because of which 9hrs become frustrating. Do make sure to review CTC before joining this company as it comprises of huge variable components.

No pros to say on

First of all they hire you in less money as they have no money. Secondly no productive work which always gives problems to you when you get out from there as management is very poor. Lots of politics they will keep those people who are very close to directors who are not worthy to say director. So don't join they don't have any future.
