Finding every possible way to cheat client and get more money and will not deploy client code in client server. 2. kray.ai is product company of smarter.codes which is new way to cheat clients. 2. If any escalation you can expect CEO / PM calling you at 2 AM midnight to fix it. 3. Company is using monitoring tool that records your desktop activity and takes periodic screenshots. 4. Daily screenshot is getting monitored and they delete your time without informaing. 5. They take more hours work by deleting time in hubstaff anonymously. 6. You are expected to do engineering, team lead, manager, client communication roles. 7. The company regularly lays off people giving random excuses. 8. Unrealistic sprint goals. 9. CTO is playing project manager role. 10. No leaves are provided during festive holidays and national holidays. You are supposed to use paid leave for it. 11. Very Bad work/life balance and Stressed. 10. If you Resign they will trouble u till last minute.
