Pros

Very cool people and extremely knowledgeable. Great benefits Management that really backs their employees and supports them. They really want to invest in you, it’s a great opportunity and just a great place to work in general. High trust environment Up-to date technology Great place if you’re new to IT and want to learn the ropes

Cons

No work from home Pretty small staff so gaps in coverage can be an issue. Work life balance is overall good but some of the ER stuff can bleed into the late nights pretty easily.

Pros

- A real team oriented environment with a strong emphasis on learning and personal development. - Friendly open atmosphere - Real sense of pride and accomplishment from the day to day operations - Equipment they give you for work is extremely good. - Open concept workplace - Snacks, Drinks, and other surprise incentives. - Very knowledgeable co-workers always eager to help with an issue. Overall, easily the best job I have ever had.

Cons

No work from home, which isn’t really a con it’s just an on site position.

Pros

Great group of people to work with from the CEO on down. The company, products, and management team is very well respected in the industry, and have a pretty long history (this is not a startup company). It's very much a "word hard, play hard" atmosphere, that maintains a laid back feel and dress code. Lots of opportunity to advance to managerial roles, if you are willing to work hard, go the extra mile, and show a high level of commitment and dedication. The products sell themselves, and are used by literally millions of people worldwide. Awesome perks! It's not uncommon to have catered lunches, trips to the movies, bring your dog to work days, and annual company trips. The entire staff attended a conference in San Francisco last year, and this year, there are talks of the entire company being taken on a trip to Hawaii! Pay is competitive, benefits are good, and the employer 401k match is outstanding.

Cons

Some people might feel 'stuck' in their position if they do not put in the extra effort that it takes to succeed. I know that certain positions would like the ability to work from home part time.
