Great group of people to work with from the CEO on down. The company, products, and management team is very well respected in the industry, and have a pretty long history (this is not a startup company). It's very much a "word hard, play hard" atmosphere, that maintains a laid back feel and dress code. Lots of opportunity to advance to managerial roles, if you are willing to work hard, go the extra mile, and show a high level of commitment and dedication. The products sell themselves, and are used by literally millions of people worldwide. Awesome perks! It's not uncommon to have catered lunches, trips to the movies, bring your dog to work days, and annual company trips. The entire staff attended a conference in San Francisco last year, and this year, there are talks of the entire company being taken on a trip to Hawaii!
