Full time permanent job in a city far from jakarta far from traffic jam. can claim insurance up to 5 million per year, got a laptop to work, a shirt to wear ( yes one shirt), they provide you training
Cons
Not flexible work time, small overtime pay, bonus not come every year, small insurance claim, need to give back the shirt to the company (yes you heard that), need to work while you do training (training got useless because you are not focused)
