Pros
The only pro is that you will be working from home. Aside from that one, I really can't think of any.
Cons
The pay is insulting. They want tutors with writing experience and education, but the pay is to little. They also have too much demands for very little pay. I have to have my own computer and internet connection, and with the pay, I can't even afford to get a computer. They demand too much, expecting you can read through the instructions (if any) and at least six pages, and then write a personalized and detailed review in just 30 minutes. There are also down times, where there is no job lined up. When there's no work, you don't get paid. The leads/supervisors also give contradicting reviews/evaluations of the tutors, and you get evaluated six times a year. One time you'll get a good review, the next, they'll be threatening you with termination and suspension. There also seems to be no career advancement. I've doing work for them for three years now, and I still doing the same thing. Same with the pay, after years, it's still the same.
