      Great workmates Flexible with hours & work location Supportive of self-care Supportive of coaching and furthering knowledge Family friendly

      Cons

      I used to find the upper management a little bit clicky and not particularly friendly, however it has improved in the past year or so.

      Amazing culture, smart colleagues and a fair amount of flexibility

      Cons

      Smaller team meant less career opportunities. As the company continues to grow this will be less of an issue.
