There are also whispers among some team members that Gabriella Tegen may not be the actual founder of Smartrr, which further erodes trust in her leadership. This isn't just about the founding narrative; it's part of a broader pattern of dishonesty that permeates the company. Internal communication is often unclear or misleading, making it difficult for employees to understand company goals or make informed decisions. Unrealistic targets are frequently set without providing adequate resources or support, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction among team members. It feels like we're constantly running on a treadmill without any clear direction or support.
