      Pros

      Open and casual work environment, access to the CTO and CEO.

      Cons

      No recognition of of work. Turnover rate is pretty high due to complete lack of fairness and transparency in appraisal, promotion and dismissal. Under paid as compared to experience and market standards. Not much scope for career development after a certain point.

      Decent compensation and pto policies

      Cons

      The implementation team is very stressful. Unbalanced workloads. The expectation is you will get your work done no matter how long it takes. Assignments for projects on the team seem uneven. There was a merge with foundant in summer of 2024. It still feels like two companies, it's very confusing. Benefits that we had like time off over holidays without using PTO were removed due to the merge.
