Management: Martin and Saleh are great mentors with outstanding skillsets in Web development, Digital Marketing, Consulting and Sales. They have a forward thinking attitude that is not afraid to take on any challenges with the team. They will always support you through thick and thin if you are truly being your best version for the company. Company values: The company values digital first and being best-practice oriented towards all our clients in the digital space. Smartt is constantly improving their processes or implementing forward-thinking solutions to its business development and clients. As a result - our team inside Smartt is able to grow and is empowered to think outside of the box and find solutions to complex situations and problems. The job: I am satisfied with my position due to being able to use my interpersonal skills to interact and manage clients, and use my technical skills for digital markeing and other web-related tasks. The balance is constantly shifting and this keeps the job interesting. I am empowered and independent in managing my clients. Working at Smartt has streamlined both my interpersonal consulting skills and my technical skills. The office: Smartt cares about the well-being of its employees. They have a kitchen, fruits, professional coffee machine. Additionally, we have Thusday team lunches for free, and Smoothie Tuesdays.

- Ample opportunities to do technical work and grow in fields that interest you, from low-level networking and storage to developing automation and web applications, and the points between. - Team members never have to be alone. They are supported by their fellow team members and by leadership. - Always evolving. Team members can drive change to improve the organization. - Leadership supports team member growth and career development, even if that leads team members to other organizations. - Inclusive and professional work environment.

Cons

- Team members, especially those in technical positions, have to be careful to maintain their work-life balance and avoid overcommitment. Our leadership will not deliberately overburden team members but they rely on team members to proactively tell them if they cannot take on requested commitments. - Some team members will have on-call responsibilities.

- Excellent team comraderies - All team members are encouraged and empowered to suggest, initiate, and act to improve not only business practices, but themselves as well.

Cons

- Team members are challenged regularly to reach beyond their normal limits - this is not a company for static skillsets.
