Cons
Frequent changes as they continue to grow Support is mostly India based and needs some loving attention. This is also being worked on atm with additional resources and tools. The migration team is overwhelmed atm, but they are working to address that with changes to processes and tools. Inter-department internal communications arent always up to par, which has resulted in stubbed toes. The product needs to be updated and have a better UI, especially the desktop software. Enables people who work at all hours
