Pros
Communication throughout the company, within your department, as well as the other departments, so you are in the know, of what is happening. The company is very welcoming, you can feel the difference between a family-owned company vs a corporate-owned company, as far as how they treat you when you come in for your first day. During training, they were very helpful and guided anyone if they had any questions. I like that during the training you could do hands-on training with the software. They have flexibility with your time and are a very family-oriented company. You are treated like a person and not an employee that can be replaced at any time.
Cons
Training schedule, maybe share it with you. I wished I got one so I would know what they were going to cover, I am the type of person that likes to plan so this would have been helpful for me individually.
