Pros
It is a very simplistic job. You can learn everything you need to know within a few weeks and as long as you are willing to move quickly while multitasking you will be successful.
Cons
No matter how long you work there they would rather watch you leave than make any kind of accommodation for your other responsibilities. Even though it is an hourly job it can be extremely difficult to get the management to acknowledge your written availability.
