      They work with you on hours. Great co-workers

      Cons

      Only give part time outside of management. Don't promote proper people. Focus more on the bottom line than the customer

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
