Pros

The company is growing absurdly fast with new locations every month. so plenty of room to advance... if you want to...

Cons

Horrible work/life balance... they will work you as hard as they can as much as they can. with no thought for your personal life in the least. the hourly pay as a cook starts at $9.00 h/r which for the amount of work they require is no where near enough. Raises are almost unheard of and require the district managers approval. The management is required to be scheduled for 50 hours a week. this goes one of two ways. they either work about 60-70 hours a week or they leave early every day and end up working around 30-40 hours a week. There are no benefits despite how long you work there unless you end up as management, and no paid time off. Promotions and hours are handed out to the managements friends and not who deserves it In summary this is a soul sucking life destroying heartless company which treats it's company like they are dirt beneath their shoes.

Pros

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Cons

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
