Pros

Great job training aids. The Management above the store are great to work with. The Benefits package is great compared to other restaurants that I have worked for.

Cons

It is a very hands on for management which isn't a problem for me but some people may not like it.

Thanks for your feedback!! Our training department spends a lot of time developing training that is reflective of what your day in a restaurant is truly like. Sounds like they are getting it right!

Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

Cons

Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
