      -great support from our DM -Fast-pace, fun & relaxed work environment -hard work does get acknowledged and rewarded -fast-growing company

      Cons

      -still up and coming as a company -unclear what direction the company is going and its expectations as well as future of its employees -technical support isn’t much of a support

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
