Unorganized - Anonymous employee Smashburger Employee Review

Unorganized- Understaffed on certain days, when the day clearly calls for more staff. Overstaffed on certain days, when the day clearly does not need as much staff. NO DESIGNATED DISHWASHER/CLEANER=NOT CLEAN, ADDS TO UNORGANIZATION, ADDS STRESS AND LOWERS QUALITY OVERALL. Open door policy- there is none...either corporate or managers or whoever deals with HR does not care. No designated roles, which adds to the chaos.
