The people are great. The food is excellent and great concept. Always interesting and never a dull day. They have great growth and a vision of where they want to be in future
Cons
Long days, hard to keep staff, and to schedule according to business with the matix.. Many reports controlling every aspect of running the store. Also because growth is so rapid many changes happen too quickly
